27/28 Feb—IBMT: INTRODUCTION TO INFANT MOVEMENT DEVELOPMENT, with co-teacher Kerstin Wellhöfer RSME/T— Ashdon, nr Saffron Walden Theory and practical study following the developmental journey of movement ; exploring our earliest relationships to gravity, to the earth and our wider world, with reference to the developing sense of self. Will also run in May 2010.

6 Mar—THE BREATHING BODY, St Ives —the anatomy of breathing, fundamentals of PRANAYAMA, prana vayus, and hasta mudras.

APRIL—BWY Foundation Course 1, Wicken, Cambs

8 May—WARRIORS WITHIN, Ashdon, nr Saffron Walden—anatomy, asana and movement enquiry into the lymphatic system

9 MAY—ORGANIC SPINE  & PSOAS, London—BWY IST day.

Beverley Nolan is a dedicated Yoga Practitioner and Teacher of more than 20 year’s experience and a Somatic Movement Therapist with a client practice in Cambridge and St Ives. Beverley leads workshops and training modules in traditional yoga practices, embodied anatomy and physiology, infant developmental movement patterns and Authentic Movement.

Beverley is also Personal Tutor and Assessor for CamYoga Teacher Training, a faculty that includes Philip Xerri, Claire Missingham and Hayley Winter.

She is in continuous study with Linda HartleyDonna Farhi and Angela Farmer and Victor van Kooten.
