Embodied Yoga

Beverley’s teaching encourages a felt awareness of body systems, sensations, patterns and rhythms as a means to more fully embodying traditional yoga practices and the skill of presence. Her work is informed by the principles of Body-Mind Centering® as pioneered by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen and taught by Linda Hartley, and the Authentic Movement work of Janet Adler.

In addition to weekly classes (including Restorative Yoga), Beverley facilitates workshops and Continuing Professional Development around the UK .

She is in continuous study with movement therapist, psychotherapist and author Linda Hartley, and annually with internationally respected yoga teachers Donna Farhi, Angela Farmer and Victor van Kooten.
