Embodied Yoga

Beverley Nolan is a dedicated practitioner of yoga, beginning her experience in the Iyengar tradition of yoga more than 20 years ago, she is now a Recognised Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga.

Daytime and evening classes are available for groups and individuals in Cambridge and St Ives. Beverley’s teaching encourages a felt awareness of body systems, sensations, patterns and rhythms as a means to more fully embodying traditional yoga practices. Her work is informed by the principles of Body-Mind Centering® as pioneered by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen and the Authentic Movement work of Janet Adler.

In addition to weekly classes (including Restorative Yoga), Beverley facilitates workshops and Continuing Professional Development around the UK .

She is in continuous study with movement therapist, psychotherapist and author Linda Hartley, yoga teacher Danielle Arin, and annually with internationally respected yoga teacher and author Donna Farhi.
