We each have our own signature posture, a way of walking, even a manner of practicing yoga, and much of this can be unconscious, In these guided movement practices, you will be encouraged to bring your attention to the exploration of new pathways of movement to unwind tension in the bodymind, restore fluency of movement, and increase well-being. We will work in focused, steady and detailed way, gradually sequencing movement from the droplets of ideas to a sequential current of movement through the whole body. There will be a combination of floor and seated explorations and if you can make space for movement in standing and to walk a little, that is helpful. A cushion or two, a blanket (or towel) for folding and rolling can be useful. SET 3 1. Spine. 2. Upper Limb. 3. Lower Limb. 4. Integration This a THIRD set of sequenced movement for you to explore and understand movement of each area of the body, and the fourth is a sequence for bringing them all together.
