We each have our own signature posture, a way of walking, even a manner of practicing yoga, and much of this can be unconscious, In these guided movement practices, you will be encouraged to bring your attention to the exploration of new pathways of movement to unwind tension in the bodymind, restore fluency of movement, and increase well-being. We will work in focused, steady and detailed way, gradually sequencing movement from the droplets of ideas to a sequential current of movement through the whole body. Much of the work will be floor based but room to sit, stand and walk a little is helpful. A cushion or two, a blanket (or towel) for folding and rolling can also be helpful SET 1: 1. Spine. 2. Upper Limb. 3. Lower Limb. 4. Integration The first three sessions are a general exploration of each area of the body, and the fourth is a sequence for bringing them all together. Once you know this set you will have a complete repertoire for life!
