I am the Founder and Director of Studies at Barefoot Body Training and very proud to work with outstanding colleagues in creating an above industry-standard training within the 200h framework. It offers an embodied approach to practice and teaching that is trauma-informed throughout and inspired by accessibility and inclusivity. We also put professional ethics at the heart of all that we do.

 Our 300h programme can be started at any time either with one our original core modules or an elective course of your choice, for example, Restoriative Yoga Teacher, Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Trauma Informed Yoga Level 1 and Level 2.
