Beverley Nolan Yoga Teacher and Somatic Movement Educator

Welcome to my world of thoughtful movement, I'm thrilled to have you here.

You are in the right place if you're feeling bored, stuck, or lost with your movement practice. I know what all of those feel like and I'm here to help.

​

Whether you're in need of a one-off mindbody reset, are looking for a new way to stay active and vibrant as you age, or longing to deepen your self-awareness through your own inner wisdom, I have a something for you. Read on!

Thoughtful movement in practice

Allowing time, choice and variety in your movement practice will transform your well-being. It’s an approach that not only helps keep your joints and tissues mobile, strong, and healthy, but thoughtful movement is a beautiful way of processing your feelings and accessing your imagination.

The practice will bring your whole body into your field of self-care, not just your muscles and bones. New terrains of experience and self-expression unfold as you tap into the character, language, and imagery of your various body systems: the buoyancy of organs, the vitality of blood, the focus of lymph, and so much more.

When your body shifts from being an object that you do something to or with, it becomes a prism for self-understanding and self-becoming.

In my journaling projects and workbooks I'm going to share with you the incredible benefits of  journaling. I'll help you learn how to journal, how to establish your own style and routine, and invite you to explore creative techniques and themes.

Now, totally dedicated to free-spirited aging, my journaling means more to me now than ever (as does my movement practice!). It’s helped me distill three promises to myself: to live thoughtfully, to age joyfully, and to practice soulful self-care.
