I have been a yoga practitioner a teacher for 30 plus years. I draw on the principles of IBMT and BodyMind Centering® and the Feldekrais® approach to intelligent movement, so always expect attention to detail and a slow mindful approach to moving through your practice with me.

 

I am registered with Yoga Alliance E-RYT500, IYN-500 & am BWY-RT. I am also registerd at YACEP (YA Continuing Education Provider) which means I am able to offer CPD approved workshops. I am a faculty member of the Institute for Integrative Bodywork & Movement Therapy and a guest tutor for Yoga United Education and Yoga Campus

I am also the Founder and Director of Studies at Barefoot Body Training. We are in our fledgling year and setting our course to ensure all our trainings offer an embodied approach to practice and teaching that is trauma-informed and inspired by accessibility and inclusivity. I also have a private practice in Cambridge working 121 and in small groups with individuals experiencing symptoms of stress and fatigue using mindful movement and self-reflective practices. I have completed a Foundation Course in Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TC-TSY) and am also working towards completion of Yoga Outreach (Core Training).
