The 3-Day Immersions are my deepest offering—a chance to step fully into experiential anatomy and explore your bodyscapes without the distractions of everyday life. Each day, you’ll slow down, pay attention, and discover your anatomy as lived experience rather than abstract information.
Through guided practices, collaborative exploration, and plenty of space for integration, you'll develop the kind of embodied knowledge that transforms both your personal practice and your professional work.

First you'll explore the heart as an open contiguous system, touching into its embryological origins. Then onwards to distinguish the purpose and passion of the arterial blood flow from the light and lilting support of the venous flow. Completing your explorations with time in the capillary beds — those quiet places of rest and transition.
Each day includes theory, somatic explorations, creative integration, journaling prompts for personal enquiry and take-home practices to support your continued exploration.

Investigate the strata and deep fluid nature of bone, the coherence of connective tissues, and the levity of synovial fluid. Reflect on bones as the markers of deep time, keepers of your own stories and those of your ancestors, and the source of myth and meaning-making across cultures.

There is a difference between performing a series of exercises or asanas and moving through an arc of embodied experience. Somatic Movement Sequencing is about learning to design sessions that move participants from intention to integration, from the small to the whole.
This a practical weekend to explore the principles of somatic sequencing: intention, attention, arc, and integration.
There are pre-made sequences to try and ideas and themes to spark your own design whether you're working with a group class, a one-to-one client, or in your own movement practice.
Drawn from somatic movement education traditions including IBMT, Body-Mind Centering®, Bartenieff Fundamentals, and Laban Movement Analysis practices.
The weekend is practical, experiential, and immediately applicable to your work.

First you'll sense into the living architecture of your fascial system that holds no separation between skin and bone, organ and muscle, even between cells. Then explore the concept of whole-bodiedness, where every part contains the whole and presence ripples through your entire system simultaneously.
