Restorative Yoga

from £195.00

This three-day immersion is for yoga teachers who want to share the transformative power of rest, through both theoretical and practical experience.

You'll leave able to:

  • Confidently prop and sequence restorative asanas (including prop-lite settings)

  • Understand the anatomy, physiology and philosophy of rest

  • Create inclusive, welcoming spaces for deep practice

  • Teach from a place of genuine depth and embodied knowledge.

How it works:

3–6 hours of guided pre-course study covers the theory before you arrive, so our studio time stays focused entirely on first-hand practice.

When and where:

Friday 5th - Sunday 7th February, 2027 | 10.30–5.30 | Well House Yoga, Harrogate

Who this is for:

Teachers at any stage drawn to slower, more contemplative work — whether you're diversifying your offering, recovering from your own tiredness or exhaustion, or ready to go deeper into rest as practice and philosophy.

Your trainer Beverley Nolan has been practicing and teaching restorative yoga for more than two decades and has evolved an approach that uncomplicates the sequencing of content, embraces prop-lite realities, and increases the agency of participants to make the practice their own.

“Beverley’s depth of knowledge and ability to communicate is amazing. I feel so much more confident to hold quiet, restful spaces for my students, and no longer worry about managing lots of props” - Abbie R - previous participant.

FEES: Choose the level that fits for you at this time, no explanation needed. Community keeps the Immersions and Intensives sustainable; while there are limited spots at Concession and Access so the price is never the reason you or someone else misses out.

BOOK BY DATE: 18 December 2026

In the unlikely event we don't reach minimum numbers six weeks ahead of the start date, you'll be notified and fully refunded with at least five weeks’ notice
