These terms and conditions apply to all classes, workshops, courses, immersions, mentoring, and other activities (“Activities”) booked or attended with Beverley Nolan. By completing a booking and participating in any Activity, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

Bookings

All bookings should be made in advance and online in order to secure a place. Payment is processed via a secure page. Your card details are not held on this website.

By booking any Activity, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in somatic movement and body-based practices, and that Beverley Nolan is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, accident, or loss to personal possessions.

All prices are per person in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change until a booking is concluded.

Payment - General

Payment for all Activities (with the exception of Immersions, which have their own payment terms below) must be made in full at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the relevant activity description and booking page, or as set out in the cancellation policy below.

If Beverley Nolan needs to cancel an Activity due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or, where possible, a transfer to a suitable alternative Activity will be offered.

While every effort is made to promote and fill all Activities, Beverley Nolan reserves the right to cancel any Activity where fewer than six places have been booked. If an Activity you have booked is subsequently cancelled, you will be offered a transfer to a suitable alternative or a full refund.

Payment - Immersions (Payment Plan)

Immersions may be booked either in full at the time of booking or via an interest-free payment plan. Payment plans are available on standard (full) pricing only and are not available in conjunction with the Earlybird discount.

The payment plan structure is as follows:

–      A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full price is due at the time of booking. Your place is confirmed only upon receipt of this deposit.

–      A second instalment of 37.5% of the full price is due approximately six weeks before the event date.

–      The remaining balance of 37.5% of the full price is due no later than 30 days before the event start date.

The exact instalment dates will be confirmed on your booking confirmation. If you book fewer than eight weeks before the event, a revised two-payment schedule may be agreed.

Missed payments: If any instalment is not received by its due date, your place will be released without further notice. Any amounts already paid will be subject to the cancellation terms set out below.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via the Contact Form or by email.

Cancellations by you — general Activities:

–      Cancellations received more than 30 days before the Activity start date: refund of fees paid, less a 20% cancellation fee.

–      Cancellations received between 30 and 7 days before the Activity start date: refund of fees paid, less a 50% cancellation fee.

–      Cancellations received within 7 days of the Activity start date: no refund.

Cancellations by you — Immersions:

–      Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event: the cancellation tiers above apply to the total amount paid at the point of cancellation. The outstanding balance (if any) is no longer due.

–      Cancellations received 30 days or fewer before the event: you remain liable for the full price of the Immersion. Where some or all instalments have not yet been paid, the outstanding balance remains due. However, if Beverley Nolan is able to fill your place from a waiting list, you will instead receive a refund of the total amount you have paid, less a 20% cancellation fee.

–      The non-refundable deposit is not refundable in any circumstances.

Beverley Nolan will always try to find a replacement participant where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Earlybird Discount

An Earlybird discount is available on Immersions when booking is made before the advertised Earlybird deadline and full payment is made at the time of booking. The Earlybird discount cannot be combined with a payment plan or any other discount.

Concessions

A 10% discount is available to NHS employees and those in receipt of income support. Please visit the Pricing & Accessibility page for details or use the Contact Form to make a confidential enquiry.

Exclusion of liabilities.

By participating in any Activity, you agree that you are solely responsible for your own physical and mental health during that Activity. Beverley Nolan is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, accident, or loss to personal possessions.

Beverley Nolan does not provide healthcare, medical, or nutritional services, and does not attempt to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional condition. Any information relating to health and wellbeing is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from your own medical or mental health provider. You agree to seek professional advice regarding the suitability of any Activity for your individual circumstances.

Pre-Recorded Activities, Personal Photography, and Writing

All pre-recorded content, written materials, and other resources shared as part of any Activity are the copyright of Beverley Nolan. Any access provided is for your personal use only and may be time-limited. No part of any content, presentation, or practice may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form — whether electronic, photographic, recorded, or otherwise — without the prior written permission of Beverley Nolan.

Jurisdiction.

These terms and conditions ared governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
