This is to inform you of terms and conditions for all classes, workshops, courses and retreats sessions (“Activities”) booked or attended by you, the customer, and Beverley Nolan. By participating in these services you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.

Bookings, Cancellations and Refunds

Bookings for all activities should be made in advance in order and online in order to secure a place. By participating in activities you agree that you are physically able to practice yoga and that Beverley Nolan is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, accident or loss to personal possessions.

Bookings and payments are made online. Payment should be made in advance of your attendance to the activity. Payment for activites are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the relevant activity description and booking page.

Payment processing is via a secure page. Your card payment details are not held on this website.

If Beverley Nolan needs to cancel a class (due to illness or personal issues) which you have paid for in advance they will refund you the full amount or offer a transfer to another suitable activity.

While Beverley Nolan makes every effort to promote and fill activities, they reserve the right to cancel any activtiy if there are fewer than 6 attendees booked onto it. If you book a course that is subsequently cancelled by them, they will transfer you to a suitable alternative or a refund will be made.

Cancellations made by you should be made at least 30 days prior to the activity start date for a refund of fees paid less a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made by you within 30 days and more than 7 days of the activity start date qualify for a refund of fees paid less 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the activity start date are non-refundable.

All prices advertised or quoted are per person in pounds sterling unless otherwise shown and are subject to change until the booking is concluded.

Beverley Nolan offers a 10% discount to NHS employees and those in receipt of income support. Please refer to the Pricing & Accessibility page for details or use the Contact Form to make a confidential enquiry.

Exclusion of liabilities.

By participating in activities you agree that you are solely responsible for your own physical and mental health during those activities and that Beverley Nolan is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, accident or loss to personal possessions.

You understand that Beverley Nolan does not provide health care, medical or nutritional services, or attempt to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any physical, mental or emotional issue, disease or condition. Any information provided pertaining to health and wellness is not intended to be a substitute for the professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment provided by your own medical provider or mental health provider. You agree to seek the advice of your own medical provider and /or mental health provider regarding any questions or concerns you have about the suitability of the activities.

Pre-Recorded Activities, Personal Photography, and Writing

This material is the copyright of Beverley Nolan and any exclusive access provided is for your use only and may be time-limited. No part of this content, presentation or practice may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means electronic, photocopying, recording or otherwise without the written permission of Beverley Nolan.

Complaints.

If you have any complaints, please advise Beverley Nolan immediately and directly.

Jurisdiction.

These terms and conditions ared governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
