Begin with vibration and explorations into the polarities of sperm and ovum, expand into omnidirectional clusters, before gathering into disc-form before, and evolving into axis and limbs.
Each day includes theory, somatic explorations, creative integration, journaling prompts for personal enquiry and take home practices to continued personal enquiry.

Somatic practitioners, bodyworkers and movement teachers
Professionals in body-based therapies and counselling approaches
Yoga practitioners and teachers
And anyone seeking deeper body literacy, resources and skills.
