We speak a lot about grounding, structure, and alignment, but underneath all of this is movement - fluid movement of different kinds.
This immersion takes you on a deep dive into three of those fluid systems: relational blood, contemplative CSF and purposeful lymph.
You’ll explore each one not only as a physiological map, but also as a new source of support for movement, sequencing, sensing and languaging.
Each day includes theory, somatic explorations, creative integration, journaling prompts for personal enquiry and take home practices to continued personal enquiry.
This short immersion is designed for:
Somatic practitioners, bodyworkers and movement teachers
Professionals in body-based therapies and counselling approaches
Yoga practitioners and teachers
And anyone seeking deeper body literacy, resources and skills.
