First you’ll explore the heart as an open contiguous system, touching in with the embryological origins. Then onwards to distinguish the purpose and passion of the arterial blood flow from the light and lilting support of the venous flow. Completing your explorations with time in the capillary beds, places of rest and transition.
Each day includes theory, somatic explorations, creative integration, journaling prompts for personal enquiry and take home practices to continued personal enquiry.
