A three day exploration into your personal geology. Investigating the strata and deep fluid nature of bone, the coherence of connective tissues, and the levity of synovial fluid. Reflecting on bones as the markers of deep time, keepers of our own stories and those of our ancestors, and the source of myth and meaning making across cultures.
Each day includes theory, somatic explorations, creative integration, journaling prompts for personal enquiry and take home practices to continued personal enquiry.
