An online exploration of your blood system to find the pulse, rhythm, and flows.
You'll begin by sensing the wave of arterial flow—its reach, its pressure, its outward momentum. Then attune to the slower gathering of venous return, the pull back toward the heart. Finally, explore the delicate transition zones where arteries become capillaries, and the intimacy of exchange that happens at the body's smallest scale.
Each session includes embodied anatomy, guided somatic practices, creative prompts, and resources to continue your exploration.

Bodyworkers and body-based therapists
Yoga teachers and movement facilitators
Anyone curious about embodying circulation and connection.
