Saturday 7th November | 5-6.30pm | The Breathing Space, Cambridge
An unhurried exploration of your respiratory diaphragm and its intimate structural relationship with your spine, upper and lower limbs.
You'll sense into the dome-shaped muscle that supports every breath and discover its complex connective tissue integrations along the full length of your spine, creating an axis of motion at the heart of your body. Then expand your awareness to connect your diaphragm and breath to legs and arms.
This session is designed for anyone curious about embodied anatomy, breath mechanics, and the core relationship between diaphragm and spine and limbs. No previous anatomy experience is required.
